The Randy Old Parson, sung by Nick Dow is on the LP 'A Poor Man's Gift' ~ You're lucky, it's the only ND recording I have and you're even luckier that it wasn't buried at the bottom of a pile of crap behind 3 melodeons and 4 bottles of scotch.

I'll try and transcribe the words but basically it's a farmer and his daughter living in Kent and they play tricks on the ROP who comes "night visiting"....   First line is 'there was an old farmer who lived down in Kent.' ROP doesn't come in until the end of the verse.

Good luck!!
