Cold is relative to where you come from Laura. I live in Melb. and love it. I've been to New York, Boston and Frisco in winter and they are all colder than Melb. We don't have snow in the cities or burbs here, only in the mountains. Still, coming out out a warm bar at midnight will require a bit more apparel than a mini-skirt, fishnet stockings and a boob-tube. Right now on weekends I get around in shorts and tee-shirt but most need to wear a bit more than that. I take the view that zero degrees celsius ( 32F ) is freezing. Any number above that is degrees warmer than freezing. Right now ( 5AM ) we have about 6 deg.C so that's 6 deg. of heat. I feel warmer already. JG
