I am a foreigner I pickup a "traffic cone" and busk sitting on the curb of Coventry Gardens. What sort of fine can I expect? Is there a bond? Will they accept 200 of the 300 UKP tourists tipped me? Can I get WEEKDAY city-sponsored-lodgings....and still have the weekends free? It appears real...that Europe can still be done on 5.00 US dollars a day. Off to pan-handle Europe - much easier than the US Southern sectors at this moment in history. Sincerely,
