No, no! The Severn is the river that meets Chesspeake Bay at Annapolis, Maryland. The United States Naval Academy is located "where the Severn meets the tide." So even though it might be the right answer, it's the wrong question. It should be "American river". (Check with Severn if you doubt me.)
