Never cared much for elderberry jam, always think it tastes like rain.Picked the new pollen-laden elder-flower heads and added them (in muslin) to gooseberry jam - absolutely exquisite !!! So gorgeous in fact that between the 2 of us we've polished off the lot.Roll on next year !
