I forgot to add the silliest science-fiction one: Jayge Carr's book LEVIATHAN'S DEEP has ballad chapter headings, with the land-dweller lyrics replaced with nautical ones. Stuff like:

Go rig for me the foam-white ship,
Go rig for me the brown;
Go rig for me the fastest ship
That ever sailed to town.
