Har! We are Ralphs. Har! We preface every sentence we speak in your language with the exclamation "Har!" Har! It is extremely annoying. Har! In fact, it is so annoying that the inhabitants of most planets where Ralphs have landed have quickly developed some sort of advanced hyperspatial drive and moved to another planet at their earliest convenience. Har! Ralphs are so adept at annoying other life-forms that the Galactic Overlord has given us a galaxy-wide exclusive contract for non-lethal planetary extermination. Har! (The Vogons still have the contract for lethal extermination. Har!)   

Har! For what it's worth, we're sorry the Galactic Overlord has chosen your planet for whatever he plans to do with it. Har! It's a nice place. Har!
