St Crispin must be in the running. His feast day is 25th October so this would share out across the calendar nicely and His feast day co-incides with the battle of Agincourt. What better way to celebrate Engishness.......(ducks and runs for cover). Spot the Dog p.s. and what is this stupid preoccupation with correct spelling. Some people can and some people can't, surely it's what one tries to say that matters not how one spells it.
