Back in the olden days, we used to sing gag versions of "They Call the Wind Mariah". Some were pseudo-Jewish takeoffs like, "They Call the Fire, Meyer" and "They call the Wind Makhiah (miracle)". But my favorite was, "Away out here, they've got a name For rain and wind and fire. The rain is Rain, the wind is Wind And they call the fire, Fire."
