Could anyone help with the words (and even the score) for the song "The Yorkshire Volunteers Farewell to Stockton". I've been given a recording (origin unknown) of it sung by Vin Garbutt but as usual with Vin I can only make out half the words! The only other trace I can locate is a recording by Graeme Danby on one of the discs in the 20 CD set "The Northumbria Anthology". Any other info about the origins of the song would also be welcome. Thanks
