Sorry, but candles in bottles nowadays contravene even the most rudimentary safety standards. A bottle could be knocked over easily if placed on a rickety table, a passing dwarf folkie could set light to his/her beard (are we still allowed to say dwarf?), it could be used to light cigarettes!!! Also, there would have to be a fully trained candleist(?) in attendance at all times to ensure that the candles were lit and extinguished in the correct manner. You might just get away with tea lights in saucers if you could show that a full Risk Assessment had been carried out by the Fire Brigade and the premises passed as fit for the purpose (no thatched roofs etc).
