The last time I shared a stage with Iain was for a Christmas fund-raiser during the miners' strike in 1982, although I saw him again at Crail folk club about five years ago. Like others I knew this was on the cards - but still a terrible loss. But I'll bet that he'll have found Hamish (Imlach) by now and there will be some great music up there! Jack
