Yorkshire Dales Workshop's annual Fiddlers Meet takes place on Saturday 11th November in Ilkley. Tutors are Gerry O'Connor and Peter Tickell. An evening concert featuring Gerry & Peter plus Juldeh Camara ( go here for his Blog http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=81656105)and the ever-popular Grace Notes follows the daytime workshops.

The event is suitable for anyone with some fiddle playing expertise, who wants to learn about two very different styles. Teaching will primarily be by ear, but "dots" will be available to take home.

There will also be a session on the Sunday lunchtime at the Ilkley Moor Vaults from 12 noon. The pub has excellent food (more a-la-carte than pub food) and good beers.

It'll be good to see plenty of fiddling 'Catters there!
