Hi. I'm trying to figure out the chords for this tune and think I've hit a wall. So far I have:

But I'm not sure about the "C's" They don't sound quite right to me. I've scoured the net and check the Mudcat threads to no avail. Can someone lend a hand to my ear? Thanks
