Since I have always had a foo foo tummy and can't tolerate anything "hot," no Kimchi on my pizza, sorry. I can make it, but I can't eat it. I went to a Korean festival recently here in San Diego, which boasted over 150 kinds of Kimchi being made!??! And to think that I only learned how to make 2 kinds, winter & summer (less peppers) Kimchi.
