Agree with the above about this dangerous programme. This accident is just another manifestation of what we see in all forms of entertainment, the idea that the amateur can do it just as well as the pro. ("Richard Hammonds...you are Malcolm Campbell!") Well, no they can't, and this is a classic example. It's like putting someone in a jet fighter who's only flown a Chipmunk trainer. The BBC should be ashamed, and the people who okayed this stunt should be fired.
