"Don't get weary, children, I'm comin' from the ball." At least, this is the way the Charles River Valley Boys sang it in the '60s. Any way you do it, it makes no sense and probably isn't supposed to. I'll give a listen to the Uncle Dave CD and have a whack at the verses.
