Wherever extremism raises its head, be it religious or political, it's the creative people, the thinkers, writers and doers who are the first to go to their cells or their deaths. We argue about small in house issues here but we should all be aware that we are not "them", and that "they" know this about us. Never relax and think we are safe, always work for reason and hope it prevails.
There are very hard times ahead for all of us, and our children.
