I just tried to find the year for you in my folk songs of Nova Scotia song book...no luck. I also wanted to tell everyone that the bluenose is on the Canadian dime...but someone stole my fun. I can sing the tune to the song...learned it in grade school...(I live in Canada)...but that is no help since you can't hear me. Three strikes and your out!
