Yes I remember the song very well, came out in the late forties early fififties. Im not sure of the singers but it was either the Webster family or the Walker family that played and sang it. It was quite popular. It started out with a siloquoly (sp) which I think went "I preach my dear brothers your about to receive, ole john barley corn, nicotine and a temptation of ever,(in the back ground - Ok lets hear it if its so good, hiccough). Then into the lyrics. If you look at "Muppets" or go to this Url blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-PbOtgqA_cq0ENq7mRV9uJXe_.Q--?cq=1&p=102 - he has the lyrics. He says he saw it on the Muppets, I dont know didnt qwatch them that much as Im now 71 years old. You can do the math. bobale@earthlink.net
