Right, NH Dave. Residency - legal or not - has nothing to do with being able to vote in this country. Which is as it should be, imo. Anyone who holds citizenship in another country does not have a legal stake in what happens in his or her temporary country. And sorefingers, I recognize that different states have different standards and different requirements but most of your summation does not hold water. As David Letterman recently told Bill O'Reilly: I believe that about 60% of what you say is crap. Nothing personal. Of course.
