So does eating fiber and it probably works better than colon cleanse. I also have IBS, Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It causes general cramps and loose stools or constipation. Once you have it, there is no cure. It can't be associated with any particular food. It just comes and goes. Fiber helps that too. There are all kinds of snake oil for IBS too but they help very little or not at all.
