Was afraid that Straw was going to let the S.O.B. go all along, as I'm sure that tremendous pressure was exerted by Right-Wing Reaganite/Thatcherite clones in the U.S., to once again de-emphasize the Nixon administration's pivotal role in the overthrow & murder of Allende et.al.& subsequent support(which still continues!!!)for the abominations that followed. If they're going to let the General off, lets proceed to indict Henry Kissinger for perpetrating War Crimes in Chile (not to mention Cambodia)- as he richly deserves. BR> A sad day for us all.
