Hi For recipes - I use a book called 'Ball - Blue book of preserving' Good range of stuff - but would take forever to copytype, however will do a photo-copy to email thing tomorrow if nobody tells the publishers !!!! If stuck for storage - try this link - Sell all sorts of good jam type Jars.
