Well, GUEST, it's unfortunate that you're unable to conduct a discussion except on your own terms (and with your own terms). What I've learned (since LONG before the Reagan administration) is that when someone seeks to dominate the terminology, they're usually not terribly concerned with discourse and exchanging ideas, they're interested in something else. So have it your way, taking money from those who have it to provide services for the common weal, and necessary goods and services to those who can't afford them, ISN'T redistribution of wealth; I guess it's "splunge." It only LOOKS like redistribution of wealth.
