The Corries were the inspiration to many thousands of young folk singers in the celtic world. Without them and people like them; Dubliners, Spinners, Robin Hall & Jimmy McGregor etc there wouldn't be as many people like me and folk like me singing folk music today. They are simply part of the root of the tree which is Celtic folk music today. Calach (Edinburgh Folk Singer/Songwriter)
