OK, I know that this is an odd one, but I'm looking for songs about water, and the only one I can think of is the Sons of the Pioneers' "Cool Water." (Which is, of course, the exact kind of song I'm looking for, but there's got to be more.) I'm not looking for songs about bodies of water (e.g., "Annan Water" or "Shenandoah"), but rather about the wet stuff itself. Something expressing the western (U.S.) sentiment, "Whiskey's for drinking. Water's for fighting," which recognized that without water, you couldn't farm, ranch or live in the land. Anybody?
