The year is 2000 and month is mars. There´s some strange man walking around some city in some state and he´s singin in a strange .......................... who is he ? He´s well dressed and plays a guitar. He´s whislting and singing and are most likly from another place in the world.He is tall , have dark hair, white and has been around the mudcat people for avile. This is a Case for Mudcatt FBI.
