Unfortunately, because I am intolerant to cows milk - or perhaps I should say allergic, I cannot have any decent milk chocolate coated biscuits etc etc which everyone round here in the house likes to slurp up in front me. But I love chocolate, and temptation is outstanding, so over the last few years I have managed to concoct some pretty good tasting chocolate recipes including a melt in the mouth chocolate cake, using plain chocolate, some Green&Blacks varieties etc etc. All cow milk free. For christmas, my kids bought me a Green&Blacks chocolate recipe book, which has everything form Lamb in a chocolate sauce, to chocolate filled vodka chillies - which I will be making as soon as I get my hands on some chillies. Yum yum. I now need to find a good substitute for cream and hey ho - dairy free choco mousse coming up.
