From what I can make up of that Phelps, which if true states that when young - he never had any interest in the opposite sex! Need I say more! Secondly - empty vessels make the loudest noise! He who shouts loudest - is usually hiding something small! I reckon he is trying to hide his own incompetance as a (hu)man and is berating others for the things he hates about himself.
