At the top front of the turntable just beneath the tone arm there is a little 1/8" line input jack. All you need is a tapedeck, tape player or boombox that has a line output. Run a connector from the tape deck/player to the jack on the ION turntable. Now you can transfer tapes to CD or MP3 through your ION turntable. All the same technology is being applied. The only difference is that sound source is not the LP!
