Can anyone give a bit of simple advice about the legality of singing as part of a very orderly public protest?
Would it be best just to file a Temporary Event Notice. It would be in the street obviously. Under the terms of the Act the only people who can object are the police and only on grounds of possible law breaking. Far too easy for them to object if it is a planned Public protest I think. Are we stifled forever then??

Any views?
