Last time, I contacted every dj and radio station that I had pegged as receptive and waited for a reply and agreement that they would like to recieve the cd. This was good becuase I only sent it out to certain people who would actually play it. However, it was tough to find those people and took a whole lot of time.

I never heard of Whole wheat radio - I will have to check it out.
