I am so sorry to hear of your loss but I agree it is the perfect opportunity to draw a line under your differences with your mum. I know from personal experience the damage that holding a grudge causes. My mum 92 years old and her sister 85 years old still hold a grudge against each other for something that happened in 1947. It has affected all the members of two families and we hope that they can resolve the problem before it is too late.
