GUEST,Miss. Babs. Lyr Req: My Curly Headed Baby (lullaby) (72* d) RE: Lyr Req: Lullaby - want the moon to play with 08 Feb 07

My Grandmother used to sing it to my Mother and to my Uncle and Auntie when they were children. She had a beautiful voice and I always begged her to sing it to me. Like someone else, I remember a different version of the song.
Instead of: to your mammys arms come creeping
and soon you'll be a peeping
I was taught: through your window, moonlight comes creeping
and soon you'll be a sleeping.
Does anyone else remember this version? Or is that just me?
