If I was in the age range for getting the vaccine I would be straight down to the doctors to get it done! My friend has just lost her mother to cancer so anything to cut deaths is good in my book, although I have to wonder about the "encouraging promiscuity" arguement, after all it only protects you against ONE STI, there are plenty of much nastier ones out there which WILL kill, rather than MIGHT kill! Not honestly sure about mandatory vaccinations, and surely the kids involved should get some say too, after all they are the ones most deeply involved in this.
