Can anyone yell me whether it's possible to find out just how many complaints are dealt with by the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman in any given year? (I'll not take up time by explaining exactly why I want to find out if they ever actually do anything at all; enough to say that Shakespeare got it spot-on in writing of "The Law's delay, the Insolence of Office...")
