Well, so much for a post-industrial marxist political commentary slamming corporate america's (read minivan, soccer mom, mcdonalds) promulgated weberian ideal type of a subarban 2.5 kid white bread christian universe (read minivan, soccer mom, mcdonalds, promised land). Happiness at McDonalds, Joy in the minivan, willfully embracing subjugation to capital even up to and including health and religion. So much for the rage of competetive capitalism pitting one member of society against another expressed in traffic by tailgating hornblowers. So much for an attack on consumerism and global franchises. An attack that points out the pure hell of such an existence. I guess I left out walmart.
