Don't completely disagree; ideas to think about, for sure. Big problem with the lottery idea is them as is left out. What do you say to someone who's driven a considerable distance? We often have performers who drive from London, Waterloo, Guelph, even Scarborough fer cryin' out loud. Only thing certain is that there's no one solution that can be considered ideal. The debate shall continue.
