...a gig please! and lots of beer and pretty girls. Seriously, it's a big job - and finding the right mix to please everybody is very difficult. Half of the trouble is finding suitable venues, decent sound men etc. As for the acts, I guess it's got to be a mixture of different styles and traditions for today's market - My advice would be to only book acts that give a sense of passion for what they're doing - you don't neccesarily have to like it, but if that fire is there it's bound to be someone's cup of tea.
