Yes, it is a lovely setting, and indeed a nice town. A very historic area, and the campsite is in a nice position - near the race course, and in the grounds of a ruined mansion house, with capabilty brown style old landscape. Tintern Abbey near by lovely Tintern Abbey A great castle in the town itself Gurt big Castle The lovely Wye Valley Meandering Wye Valley Lovely Town and Lovely people Chepstow info The festival website is informative. There's a lot to do in the area and some lovely walking trails too. Offa's Dyke and all. I love it there, but I'm biased. Ella who is Sooze
