I met Bruce way back in the sixties at a friends house in Vancouver, BC. He was a great guitar player and a lot of fun to be around. That night, as the party started to get "interesting", Bruce led us all out into the parking lot doing a dance to his tambourine. Later that week, 6 of us piled into a volkswagen bus, with about 8 guitars, and drove over the mountains to Calgary. It was a very nice drive with lots of music along the way. He may not remember me, but I will certainly not forget him or his music. I bumped into him later in Toronto when he was playing for Val Pringle at the Purple Onion.
