I am trying to find out the name and composer of a song that has haunted me for years. It was from an acoustic artist in the early 70's in the Townes Van Zandt tradition. The lyrics are "Livin in the Mountains, Waitin for the snow, Dig me out in springtime..."

It's in open tuning, same chords verse and chorus. Thanks for your help.
