(This question is asked of the regulars of the Cafe, and is not inviting answers from anyone who has been asked to leave, i.e. banned).

Then it will be answered here by one of that number.

For what sort of attempted pub ban would it be where the barman announces that they are prepared to continue to allow a regular customer to be served with some drinks - on condition that they do not ask to be served with certain others?

For that is the case here.
