You remind me of a former sister in law of mine- her husband gave their half grown kids a horse which they named Yogi.

Yogi quickly learned that sis in law had no concept of handling a horse. She asked me, seriously: In the pasture, how can I get the bridle off him quickly so he doesn't run off with it?

I gently told her that the bridle was meant to make it possible for her to hold him.
