That's Thursday next week, 31st May, for George. This week, if you haven't been to the Topic before or in a while, why not come to the Singers' and Musicians' Night tonight, which is in singaround-from-your-seat style (as opposed to up-on-stage, concert-style). As John put it in his newsletter, last month's S&M evening "was described by a first-time visitor as 'a smashing evening', and he wasnâ€™t wrong. No fewer than 17 performers (four of whom were new to the Topic) and a further 7 as audience. We had a real range of styles (and ages, from young teens to 80+), and a consistent level of quality. Free entry, free exit; but do buy a raffle ticket!"
