'Catters in NYC - don't miss Danny Spooner's concert on June 29, 2007 - brought to you from the Folk Music Society of NY!

the concert begins at 7:30 and will be at the Unitarian Universalist's community Church of Manhattan -- 35th st and Park Avenue.

Danny is a ex-pat Brit who has lived in Australia for many years. He comes to NYC every once in awhile.

Danny has a wealth of material from Australia and England, traditional and contemporary. He is a wonderful singer, concertina and guitar player. His songs and stories will delight you whether you are 5 or 95 (and everything in between). Danny's passion is the expression of British and Australian culture through folk music.

The event is free to Folk Music Society of NY members, full time students 22 and under and all young people under 18. Adult non-members are $20, seniors $12

so come and join us there -- and check out our website for info on this and other events in NYC and beyond. (some events are free)

Folk Music Society of NY, Inc.

Any other 'catters in NY, NJ, CT, PA?
