Walker Texas Ranger and good acting in one sentence. Boggles the mind. Almost like linking a McDonalds dinner with one at a fine restaurant. Think these names from the "Golden Age" so quickly tarnished---Jack Palance, Rod Steiger, Theodore Bikel, Nehemia Persoff (bet you never expected that one), Ed Wynn, and so many more. On the distaff side let us never forget Audrey Meadows, Mildred Dunnock, and years later in a few TV things---Emma Thompson. With them one should use "good acting" in the same sentence---or, perhaps, an even better superlative. Bill Hahn
