Dire Straits "I Want My MTV".....something about the opening bars just makes me wanna play a mean air guitar and lip synch with Mark! And I'm an acoustic guitar lover! Eric Clapton's Unplugged version of "Layla".... And I'm a big fan of JP Cormier (have had the privilege of seeing him in a variety of venues over the past few years and he never fails to knock my socks off) so just about anything by him.... Gillian Welch and Dave Rawlins' "455 Rocket" recorded by Kathy Mattea...that's a blast! Lyle Lovett....gotta love some of the tunes on "Joshua Judges Ruth" but what REALLY gets me revved is the opening bars to Blue Rodeo's cd "5 Days In May"; love every song on the cd!
