Having had to miss this years festival,I was a bit shocked to start reading the messages and find out that I had maybe missed the last Beverley-based festival. I agree with previous writers who say that if the big festival moves away to a site-based festival, with only limited opportunities for impromptu sessions, then I would certainly support a weekend of fringe events based in various pubs with maybe one concert venue such as the memorial hall. It would be a real shame to move away from Beverley. Here's to next year K/van
